DFATD is seeking to retain the services of a Program Support Unit (PSU) Project Manager to manage the PSU, called the Canadian Cooperation Office (CCO), which supports Canadian international development programming in Maputo, Mozambique. Specifically the CCO assists the CHC and the Government of Mozambique in carrying out DFATD’s cooperation program by providing specialist support to planning and project implementation activities as well as providing administrative and logistical support.
The Bidder can be an individual, or a firm presenting the consultancy of one (1) individual to perform the services. The contract is for one year starting in September 2015 with a DFATD option to extend the contract for one additional period of up to 4 months under the same terms and conditions. The estimated level of effort for this assignment is up to 290 days.
